Cara was born June 10, 2008. She was born with neurological defect and has already had surgery. Cara is a smart and beautiful girl. She is very polite and always greets people with a smile. She can walk well by herself, and is able to climb up and down stairs. She knows where her body parts are, can feed herself and helps to dress herself. Cara’s language skills are good, she has a sweet, soft voice and a gentle spirit. We know that Cara is going to blossom while she is here and we can’t wait to see it!
