Elliot was born on December 4, 2007 and abandoned in the local village two days later. When his parents could not be located, he was taken to the local orphanage. He is a very handsome boy, full of energy, who loves to run, jump and play. As well as being a very active boy, Elliot also enjoys drawing and has very good fine motor skills. Elliot expresses his needs well. He loves to talk and can carry on a conversation easily. He is a smart little boy and we’re excited to watch him grow and thrive.
