Liam was abandoned in the fall of 2019. In spite of being developmentally delayed he is a very active boy who loves to interact with everyone. He knows some simple Chinese characters and enjoys reading books. He can communicate with others in simple sentences. He loves to run and enjoys his food. If you teach him a game or patiently give him directions he is able to follow them.
