Owen Lee *

ARRIVAL:   June 16, 2016
DEPARTURE:   July 1, 2019

Owen was found at the gate of the local government offices on April 12, 2009. When the police could not find his parents he was taken to the local orphanage. He was born with Thalassemia. He came to New Day Foster Home on June 16, 2016. He speaks a local dialect and Manadarin, and can communicate well with his caregivers and other children. We can’t wait to see him make new friends, go to school, and express his personality more.
