ARRIVAL:  Apr 25, 2012
DEPARTURE:  Mar 6, 2013

Richard was born with a heart disease, neurology and ophthalmology issues. Richard was abandoned on a train when he was three days old. The police searched for his parents, but were unsuccessful; he was taken to the local orphanage. Richard arrived at New Day Foster Home April 25, 2012. He is a beautiful little child who loves to be held and talked to. He’s a special little boy and we cannot wait to get to know him better, watch him grow big and strong, and see the difference that surgery and love make in his life.
