BIRTHDAY:  April 15, 2004

Victoria was abandoned at the local children’s hospital in her home city on April 15, 2007. Not knowing her birthday it was estimated that she was three years old and that her birthday was April 15, 2004. She arrived at the foster home in October of 2007, very weak from her serious congenital heart disease (VSD – 32mm and ASD – 10mm). On November 9, 2007, Victoria had surgery for her heart condition. The doctors installed a pacemaker, and now that she has recuperated, she is doing very well! Having been abandoned so late in life, Victoria has many emotional wounds and deals with significant grief, but most of the time she is a happy, beautiful, and content little girl. We enjoy watching her grow and develop, and we can’t wait for the day when she has a family of her own!
