Dear Friends,

Another busy spring underway here at New Day South! While there are many happy moments and reasons to celebrate in all that goes on at the foster home, there is nothing more exciting to us than the day a child leaves with his or her new family.

Celebration! 300 and Counting..
Earlier this year, it was party-time as New Day Foster Home (across all locations) celebrated our 300th adoption! You can get a glimpse of the festivities in Beijing celebrating Adam’s big day here. And here in south China, our little Nina, adopted on the same day, had the honor of being number 301!

We are especially happy that two of our children (William and Jade) were adopted into local families this year, something we hope to see happening more often. You can read more about Jade's adoption at the link "Adoption Day China Style".

Packing Their Bags..
Now, the anticipation is growing again as we look ahead to the coming months - three more of our children will soon be leaving with their new families. We're working now to prepare Tayrn, Li and Ana for their big days ahead. While we will certainly miss them, we couldn't be happier for these littles ones - and what a blessing is in store for their waiting families!

What a wonderful time to remember and reflect on all the many beautiful children that have been at New Day over the years. Behind these 300+ faces are many wonderful and miraculous stories - stories that we feel privileged and grateful to have been a part of. All of you, our friends, supporters and sponsors, are also a very real part of these stories - indeed, none of this could happen without your help. Thank you so much for standing with us in this mission of "bringing hope to the hopeless and the fatherless home!"

Welcome, Libby!
Libby is our newest addition at New Day South. She was admitted to the hospital for surgery soon after arriving. She is recovering well and should be home soon!

Welcome, Shauna!
This little lady arrived soon after the new year. Her successful surgery now behind her, she is growing, developing well, and waiting for her forever family to find her.

Regular monthly giving via child sponsorships is the primary way we meet the monthly operating expenses of the foster home.

As a child sponsor, you will receive email updates with current pictures every month - a great way to follow a child's progress in his / her journey to healing, hope and family.
