In the fall of 2004 the police were notified that a baby boy was found abandoned on a bridge. Little Jacob, who had been born with a cleft lip and palate, was taken to the local orphanage after an unsuccessful search for his parents. Jacob is an adorable little boy who likes to make friends. He has had surgery but still has difficulty with speaking. We are sure that this outgoing little boy will be able to overcome this difficulty.
