Theodore was born with multiple special needs, including orthopedic and urological issues. Theodore has already had some treatment for his orthopedic issues, but will need continued therapy and care. Theodore is a playful little boy who enjoys interacting with people and trying new things. We look forward to helping him develop so he can reach his full potential.
