Charlie was found at the gate of the local orphanage the same day he was born. He was found with a note and some clothes. Charlie was born with heart disease. Charlie came to New Day Foster Home on March 24, 2017. He is a such a delightful child. He likes to smile and eats and sleeps well. Charlie has quickly won the hearts of many. We are looking forward to seeing him grow and blossom.
