Charlotte was born on May 1, 2014. A policeman was called when someone found her by the roadside, and when her parents could not be found she was taken to the local orphanage. She was diagnosed as having heart disease and a GI defect. She arrived at New Day on June 17, 2014, weighing only 2.5 kg. Charlotte is a beautiful little girl who follows her caregivers with her eyes, and eats and sleeps well.
