Cooper was born on February 1, 2007. Half a month later he was abandoned and taken to the local orphanage, where he was diagnosed with a serious congenital heart disease, Tetrology of Fallot. He struggled to eat and breathe, and he was always quite cyanotic. He came to New Day Foster Home on February 27, 2008 and had his surgery on March 6, 2008. Now that his heart is restored, his fun and engaging personality is breaking through. He is an alert and smart little boy, and brings a lot of happiness to all he meets. We are thankful he joined our family!
