Cooper was born on November 26, 2015, and three days later he was found in a local village. He was born with heart disease and an ENT defect. When his parents could not be found, the police took him to the local orphanage. He is an alert little boy, who carefully watches his caregiver when she is talking, as if he is trying to figure out what she is talking about. He follows objects with his eyes and likes to laugh. He tries to grab toys that he likes the look of.
