Cyrus was born with heart disease. Cyrus was found on June 16, 2018 at a local building and came to New Day Foster Home on July 12, 2018. Cyrus is a cute and handsome little guy. He loves to smile and is usually happy. When you call his name he will respond and giggle. Cyrus is alert and observes everything around him. We look forward to seeing Cyrus grow and blossom.
