ARRIVAL:   May 28, 2014

Eli was born with severe heart disease. He was abandoned at the gates of a village home, and a note was found with him which gave his date of birth. The local police were called and when his parents could not be found he was taken to the local orphanage. He arrived at New Day Foster Home on May 28, 2014. He was very small, weighing only 2.8 kg on arrival. He is a very alert and friendly little guy-making sure to welcome everyone. He is adorable and we look forward to getting to know him.
