Evangeline was born on November 30, 2009. She was born with heart disease (Tetralogy of Fallot and PFO). Early one morning, she was abandoned along a local road. The police were unable to locate her parents and brought her to the local orphanage on May 31, 2010. Evangeline is a delightful child, happy and content. She likes to interact with others. She came to New Day on July 9, 2010. We’re so thankful she’s part of our family now!
