Flora was born in April 2015. She was born with cerebral palsy, and binocular strabismus. Flora is a quiet girl. She will stand at the door and wait for her foster mother to change her shoes when it is time to leave for class. She can eat by herself, go upstairs and downstairs, and run a few steps, but does them slowly. When eating she does not chew her food thoroughly. Her mother needs to cut her meal into small pieces. When Flora is happy, she will laugh and make sounds; When she is unhappy, she will lose her temper and raise her hand to hit. Flora can understand simple instructions. She likes to play beside her foster father or sit next to him. When he returns from work, she will run to him with a smile.
