Isaac was abandoned and brought to the local orphanage on May 10, 2013, where he was diagnosed with a neurological issue. He responds when you interact with him and likes to move around in a walker. He can also take steps with support, and loves to be held and played with. Isaac arrived at New Day Foster Home on November 14, 2014 after having neurological surgery.
