Jabin was born on June 1, 2006. He was abandoned at the gate of a local medical university on March 7, 2007. When his parents were unable to be located, policeman took him to the orphanage. He was diagnosed as having no lens in either of his eyes, amblyopia in both eyes, and nystagmus in both eyes. He also had cataracts, for which he had surgery. Jabin is a very sweet little boy who communicates very clearly. He dresses himself and feeds himself and is quite the “big boy.” He walks and runs and loves to play. When Jabin first arrived, he was often frustrated because his eyesight was poor. With is first pair of glasses, Jabin transformed and has become an excited learner. He has a huge heart that captivates those around him. Jabin can be quiet and thoughtful, or loud and rambunctious. He’s a sweet little boy and we’re delighted to be apart of his life.
