Libby was born with a congenital heart defect and was abandoned at the gate of the local orphanage a few days later. Libby is a sweet and gentle little girl, and she quickly adjusted to her new home, the other toddlers, and her caregivers. We look forward to watching her blossom and grow as she journeys to health and family.
