Kevin was born with heart disease. He we found in a local park on April 14, 2017 and when his parents could not be found he was taken to the local orphanage. Kevin is a very cute boy with an adorable smile. He knows his name and interacts with his caregiver. We look forward to seeing Kevin grown and blossom.
