Kim Ngoc was born with a very serious heart defect for which she had her first surgery as a baby. After accepting her into our program at the first of the year (2019), she has had two surgeries and a heart pacemaker installed. Kim is doing better now , but her conditin remains very serious. She will need another major surgery next year.
