Li Ying

Recently Liying “Yingying” Wu, 8, has transformed from being really quiet to knowing the teaching process so well that she likes to manage the other kids. She is able to communicate with a good understanding of language and continues to improve in clarity and speaking initiative. She prefers to sit quietly over physical activities like cutting, tearing and paper folding. Yingying knows the color red, the number 1, 5 Chinese words and can recognize circles. With a hint from her teacher, she can count to 5. She likes being dressed up in beautiful clothes and anything related to eating. She especially likes chocolate and grapefruit. Under the supervision of her teacher, she is able to use the restroom and wash her face and hands by herself. Yingying is improving in her ability to show initiative to join activities and she likes receiving praise and encouragement from her teacher.
