Neal was found at the gate of the local orphanage. Neal was born with a neurological disorder. He is a handsome boy and looks cool as he walks around with his hands in his pockets. He can communicate pretty well and has learned many of the children’s names already. Neal arrived at New Day Foster Home on February 16, 2017. We are looking forward to seeing him grow and blossom.
