Ngoc Lan and her family live are ethnic Khmer people living in southwestern Vietnam. Her parent’s income is extremely low.

Ngoc Lan’s heart defect is complex and serious. She will have surgery very soon. We are happy to support her medical care and do all we can to see this young lady grow strong and healthy.
