ARRIVAL:   November 18, 2020

Phuc was born with a complicated heart defect for which he has already had one surgery. He is in serious need of a second surgery now. Phuc lives with his mother and older brother. His mother works as an agricultural laborer. His father took his life several years ago because of the burden of Phuc’s medical condition and ongoing expenses. We will do all we can to bring health to little Phuc and new hope to his family.
