This 16 year old young lady was recently taken to the hospital in her home province with fatigue, shortness of breath and other related symptoms. She was immediately sent to the large general hospital in our city where she was diagnosed with acute heart failure. She had previously been healthy with no indication of heart disease. We received a call asking for emergency assistance since the treatment she needs is very expensive.
Que Anh lives with her mother and brother in a rural area about 4 hours away from our city. Her mother works part-time and makes very little income. We are very happy to sponsor her emergency hospital treatment and will continue to support the family with the ongoing medical care her situation is going to require.
