Samuel was born on March 26, 2009. On the same day he was abandoned at the gate of the local orphanage. When no one could locate his parents, he was admitted to the hospital. After doctors completed a medical checkup, they diagnosed him with hydrocephalus. He needed surgery, and so he came to our foster home, arriving on October 20, 2009. He has since had the surgery that he needed. He is a sweet boy, who loves to laugh and smile and interact with everyone in the Foster Home.
