March 1, 2008, When he was about 1 month old, Samuel was left at the gate of his city’s civil affair’s office. He was very tiny, weighing only 6.5 pounds at the time. Now he’s a healthy and strong little boy who is very smart and curious about everything. He loves playing outside, watching cars passing by and birds and planes flying in the sky. He can say simple words to communicate his needs, and he likes to say hello to people. He eats well and sleeps soundly.
