Sean was born on March 24, 2009. A couple of months later he was abandoned at the gate of a local park near a train station. Police took him to the orphanage when they couldn’t locate his parents. He was born with a heart defect (VSD and Pulmonary artery hypertension), and he has only one kidney. His overall health was quite poor when he first arrived at New Day on January 26, 2010, so he was taken straight to the hospital. He was able to have the surgery he needed in February, and is now doing very well. Sean’s a happy little boy who smiles all the time and enjoys interacting with people. He likes to play with toys and is very curious about his surroundings.
