Titus was born in April 2013. When he was born he had cerebral hemorrhage which caused some brain damage. He has a strong attachment to her foster mother. He likes listening to music and playing with balls. He can walk, run, and jump by himself. In some areas of daily life, he can care for himself. He eats with a spoon and drinks from a bottle. At present, he is learning to wear shoes. He gets along well with other children, playing games with them. He can’t speak but communicates his needs by making sounds. He likes music and will hum along with it. He can understand simple instructions from adults. He is opinionated and will resist things that don’t interest him or that he dislikes. Titus is shy, and it takes a while for him to warm up to new people.
