Tuan Khai is an 8 year old boy (born 2014) who lives with his parents, sister and two brothers in a poor province on Vietnam’s southeastern coast. Tuan Khai’s family belongs to one of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic minorities.
Tuan Khai was born with heart disease for which he has already had one surgery. Now the doctors say he needs another surgery to complete the repair of his heart. Tuan Khai’s father is a simple laborer, and his mother takes care of the family. We are happy to cover the medical cost and support the family during the time of his surgery and recovery.
