Xiao Nan

Xiao Nan is a bright and cheerful young girl who was born in 2018. She is currently in her last year of kindergarten and will be starting elementary school next year. Unfortunately, her mother suffers from mental illness and is unable to communicate or care for herself or Xiao Nan. Additionally, her father lost his ability to work after a car accident. While the local Civil Affairs has provided some support, including an artificial limb for her father’s left leg and a monthly subsidy of $270, it is still difficult for the family to make ends meet. To supplement their income, Xiao Nan’s father collects and sells trash. Despite their challenging living conditions in rough housing, the family considers themselves fortunate because it is close to Xiao Nan’s school, making it easy for her to go to school and return home on her own. We hope to provide support and blessings to this bright and optimistic young girl who has an unlimited future ahead of her.
