Caleb was born in April 2022. He was diagnosed with developmental delay. Caleb is a quiet boy who rarely cries. He has low muscle tone and is unable to turn over or sit up. He has a desire to turn over and often tries but has not accomplished it yet (April 2023). He can reach out to grasp and hold a toy if it is next to his hand. He loves to eat and can eat solid food and hold a bottle to drink milk on his own. He moves his hands and lifts his feet while he is sitting on a supported infant chair. He has good head control and follows his nanny or a moving object. We are making a therapy plan to help him develop his language, gross motor, and fine motor skills. We are looking forward to seeing him develop and reach his full potential.
