BIRTHDAY:   March 10, 2002

In April 2006, ZiTao was able to join the Luoyang branch of the New Day Foster Home. Before joining his new foster family, he was able to have successful cleft lip and palate surgery. ZiTao is a smart, adorable young man who quickly learns new information. One of his latest accomplishments includes being able to count from one to ten. We enjoy watching all the milestones this little boy achieves.
