Hannah

BIRTHDAY:   April 6, 2002

Hannah was born on April 6, 2002. She was born with a severe heart disease (TOF). She was abandoned on March 4, 2009, and when the police were unable to locate her family, she was taken to the local orphanage. Hannah arrived at New Day on July 17, 2009 so that she could have heart surgery in Beijing. When she arrived, she was quite weak and thin. She could walk, but only very slowly. Though she didn’t talk much, she could say a few things. After her first surgery on August 24, 2009, she began to rapidly improve. Now she’s a happy and outgoing little girl who is rapidly gaining weight! She enjoys preschool, and she has become quite talkative! We know that as her strength continues to improve, she’ll only get better and better.
