Olivia

BIRTHDAY:   September 5, 2013

Olivia was born September 5, 2013 and diagnosed with heart disease. She was admitted into the local hospital with pneumonia, but after two weeks continued to get worse. When the orphanage heard about her deteriorating condition, they contacted us and asked if we could help her. Olivia arrived in Beijing after a long train ride on November 23, 2013, and was immediately admitted into the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The doctors have told us that she needs heart surgery as soon as possible and we hope that she will be stable enough for this soon. Olivia is a tiny little girl with a beautiful face. Even when ill, she chatted in a sing-song voice to her nanny. We can’t wait to watch Olivia’ miracle blossom and have this little flower home with us soon.
