Xiao He

Twelve-year-old Xiao He was born in 2011 and has lived with his mentally disabled mother since his parents’ divorce when he was young. Xiao He is a quiet boy who struggles to communicate with others and becomes nervous around strangers. His mother is the only family he has, and they rely on a monthly minimum insurance payment of $125 to survive. The government provides them with low-rent housing, which they keep clean and tidy. However, Xiao He’s mother cannot work due to her illness, and they struggle to afford medical expenses. We are seeking sponsors to help support Xiao He’s education and his mother’s medical costs.
