In our Savannah Project, the Christmas tree shone brightly as the children worked hard to hang ornaments and lights, the glow reflecting on their happy faces. Their excitement filled the room, especially when it was time to open their Christmas presents.
Madeline was delighted that her new doll wore a dress similar to hers. She proudly showed how she could dress up the doll, carefully using the pretty ring and hair tie made just for it. Kai beamed as he lifted his new puzzle high above his head, smiling from ear to ear. Mia was amazed to discover that her new camera could instantly print photos, and she happily went around taking pictures of everyone. Theodore spent a little time figuring out how his new watch worked, and soon used it naturally and confidently. Frank gently tried to talk to the little toy dog, reaching out his hand to pull it back as it walked away from him.
It was a truly special moment—one that melted our hearts—watching the children enjoy Christmas with such pure excitement and joy.
