When Chris, Joshua, and Madeline’s foster parents are preparing lunch, they get some time to hang out at home. Today, they decided to turn their balcony into a playground and play with balloons. Theodore came to visit and joined them, and soon they were running around, having friendly competitions with each other. It was enjoyable time for them as the balloons and some toy balls brought much fun.
