In the sunshine, the kids arrived at their second stop, the zoo. The giant elephants, relaxed lions, and active monkeys swinging around the monkey mountain immediately captured their attention. They were especially fascinated by the polar bear, who was just on the other side of the glass, so close it felt like they could touch him if they reached out.
