Lidong, means the beginning of winter in China. People love to have a meal with their family to make it a special time. They usually have dumplings for the meal in north China. We are happy that the kids had a great time making dumplings with their nannies. It’s heartwarming to see their smiles as they were helping and enjoying their delicious lunch.
