Xiao Long joined New Day in October 2016. She has 2 daughters – one in high school and the other soon graduating from college. Her oldest daughter has been a volunteer at New Day South for several years. Xiao Long has worked in accounting and as a staff supervisor before joining New Day. She is fond of outdoor activities such as climbing and hiking. Xiao Long shows her love to all of the children.
