Jacob was born on July 5, 2003. At birth, he suffered from a cleft lip and palate, which may have contributed to him being abandoned. When he came to join his foster family on August 12, 2005, he had already been able to undergo a successful corrective surgery. At two years of age, Jacob is still very weak. He especially needs help in building up his leg muscles. Jacob doesn’t like being around unfamiliar people and becomes anxious when they are near him. Jacob is a charming little boy and a pleasure to be around. We are looking forward to getting to know him better in the coming months.
